The show In Living Color was not a show that I was allowed to watch.  It was on the Fox network which at the time was known to show the Simpson’s and that was a show that was too adult.  That didn’t stop me so when I could, I would sneak and watch this epic sketch comedy show flipping the script on Saturday Night Live, highlighting comedians of color instead of those who identify as white.  Many now famous entertainers have been part of this show including: Marlon, Kim, and Damon Wayans, Jim Carey, David Allan Grier, Tommy Davidson, and even Jennifer Lopez was a fly-girl, aka dancer for the show.  Take some time and catch up with the comedy that pushed the edge of television in the 1990’s.  Here is a link to my favorite season: https://amzn.to/2Ova9Tw
